A teacher posted a video in Tiktok which became viral and trending online is now subject for DEPED investigation for possible Child Abuse. "Pag dumaan 'yung cute na student mo, tamang pa-cute lang" caption in the viral teacher's video has garnered thousands of views, shares and likes in social media sites and it continues to circulate in different blogs.
DepEd orders its regional unit in Central Luzon to probe the viral TikTok video of a teacher insinuating a child abuse action, and punish him with appropriate actions.
DepEd: We remind our teachers and non-teaching personnel to always subject our words and actions, including our social media activities, to the highest degree of ethical and professional standards.
DepEd: As teachers and public servants, we must always champion a safe and nurturing learning environment for children, where physical, verbal, sexual and other forms of abuse and discrimination are renounced.
